Ann Gethen was born in England and has lived in America since 1967. Her studies have been self-directed with help from professional teachers to form a sound artistic background. In 2007 saw a show in New York at the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery with time on television during the reception - certainly an honor. She works on Committees and teaches at The Spanish Peaks Arts Council in La Veta, Colorado, where she lives and paints. With SPACe she takes part in the Annual studio Tour, Call for dates.
